Door Industry Jobs collects as little as possible. Job seekers need no account and submit nothing to browse or apply. When you apply, you leave this site and deal directly with the employer.

We do collect an email address if you subscribe to the job digest, and standard server logs that every website keeps.

Email address: only if you voluntarily subscribe to the weekly job digest. Used solely to send you that digest, and every email includes a one click unsubscribe.

Server logs: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, kept temporarily for security and traffic analytics. This is standard infrastructure logging.

Employer submissions: if you post a job, we store the listing content and a contact email so we can operate and renew the listing.

No accounts for job seekers. No resumes. No advertising profiles. No sale of personal data to anyone, ever. We run no third party advertising trackers on this site.

Listings on this board are public job information sourced from employer career pages, company applicant tracking systems, and direct employer submissions. Listings contain business contact information and role details, not private personal data. If you are an employer and want your listing removed, email us and it comes down within 24 hours.

Hosting and content delivery: Vercel. Database: Supabase. Transactional and digest email: Resend. Paid checkout: Stripe, which processes payment data under its own privacy policy. We share only what these services need to function, and we choose providers that do not resell data.

You can unsubscribe from the digest at any time with one click. You can request deletion of any data connected to you by emailing us, and we will delete it within 7 days. Residents of California, the EEA, and the UK have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with their regulator. Since we collect so little, requests are usually trivial to honor.

If this policy changes materially, we will note the change on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
